Role & Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end elevator installation and service operations across project sites

- Plan and monitor manpower and material allocation to ensure project timelines are met

- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and installation teams for smooth project execution

- Periodic visits to sites, track project status, resolve on-site bottlenecks, and escalate issues proactively

- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality guidelines at all sites

- Monitor service/AMC schedules and customer response times

- Maintain and review operational reports, dashboards, and MIS for management

- Manage vendor and contractor relationships for installation and civil works

- Handle customer escalations related to installation delays or service quality





- Drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce turnaround time

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field

- 3+ years' experience managing operations/installation teams (elevator, engineering, or construction industry preferred)

- Strong team management and cross-functional coordination skills

- Comfortable with frequent site visits and travel

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/ERP for tracking projects and inventory

- Robust problem-solving ability and ownership mindset
