LDS Guarding Solution Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Manager to manage and oversee daily security operations, client coordination, manpower deployment, and field supervision. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the security services industry with strong leadership and operational management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day security operations and field activities
Handle deployment and scheduling of security personnel
Ensure smooth functioning of client sites and operational compliance
Conduct regular field visits and site inspections
Coordinate with clients for operational requirements and issue resolution
Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of guards/supervisors
Maintain operational reports,
documentation, and MIS records
Ensure timely recruitment and manpower availability as per client requirements
Handle escalation management and emergency situations efficiently
Work closely with HR and management for smooth operational flow
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
Good knowledge of security operations and manpower management
Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email Reporting)
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Operations Manager in the Security Industry
Experience in handling guards deployment and client coordination
Skilled attitude with strong operational understanding
