we are a growing B2B food business with operations in organic foods + dairy manufacturing, handling bulk orders and multiple product categories.

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who can take ownership of daily production, packaging, inventory and dispatch and improve on-time delivery.

Key responsibilities

- Production & order planning
- Packaging & dispatch management
- Raw-material & packaging inventory
- Team/worker management
- Purchase coordination
- Daily MIS & reporting
- Reduce delays, wastage and stock-outs
- Implement SOPs and improve processes
- Coordinate operations across locations

We are looking for

- 4–7 years hands-on FMCG/Food/Dairy operations experience
- Strong production & dispatch planning
- Positive Excel/MIS skills
- Strong team-management ability
- Problem solver with ownership mindset
- B2B/bulk-order experience preferred
- Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is a plus, not mandatory

Important: We need a hands-on operator, not only a desk manager. Candidate should be comfortable working directly with production, warehouse and packing teams.
