Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to lead end-to-end project execution, studio operations, and site installations across Kolkata. This role is responsible for bridging design, supply chain, and on-site assembly to guarantee precision, timeliness, and superior quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Project & Site Execution:
- Manage end-to-end execution timelines from final design sign-off and site measurement to handover.
- Supervise modular assembly teams, carpenters, and external contractors on-site to ensure adherence to European installation standards.
- Conduct quality audits during and post-installation, eliminating defects and ensuring flawless finishes.
- Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination:
- Track dispatches and material shipments from central manufacturing to local delivery hubs and project sites.
- Manage inventory, packaging integrity, and transit damage resolutions promptly.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for non-standard hardware, appliances, and accessories.
- Studio & Resource Operations:




- Ensure the experience center operates smoothly with up-to-date display maintenance and proper sample inventory.
- Allocate field teams, site supervisors, and resources efficiently across multiple active project sites.
- Manage vendor payments, site clearance documentation, and operational reporting.
- Client Handover & Service Delivery:
- Facilitate customer walk-throughs, manage final project sign-offs, and resolve snags swiftly.
- Oversee after-sales service tickets and warranty support to ensure long-term client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 2-5 years of operational or site execution experience within modular kitchens, luxury interiors, architectural fit-outs, or premium furniture.
- Technical Skills: Strong ability to read CAD drawings, technical elevations, plumbing/electrical MEP layouts, and joinery details.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to manage on-site contractor escalations, project delays, and tight client deadlines.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Architecture, Operations Management, or related field.
