Oversee day-to-day operations of installed EV charging sites, including uptime monitoring and maintenance coordination. Manage field executives and support staff, set SOPs, and track team performance. Coordinate with equipment vendors and installation partners for new site rollouts and AMC/logistics. Liaise with site owners/facility teams to resolve operational issues quickly. Maintain operational records and report on site health and team performance to management.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate with 0-2 years of experience; freshers with strong organizational skills are welcome. Must have own laptop and be comfortable with MS Office/Excel. Willing to travel locally between charging sites in Kolkata as needed. Good communication and coordination skills to manage vendors, field staff, and site contacts. Prior experience in operations, logistics, or team supervision is a plus but not mandatory.
