We are looking for an Operations Management Intern who can help turn ideas into organised, actionable execution. This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to creativity and can keep multiple moving parts on track- basically a Multitasker who enjoys management and knows how to get things done.

The Role

As an Operations Management Intern, you will work closely with the founding team across Empathy's different initiatives and help ensure that projects move smoothly from idea → planning → execution → review .

You will get exposure to different aspects of a growing organisation, including project coordination, team management, documentation, process building and execution.

What You'll Work On

- Assist in planning and coordinating ongoing Empathy projects
- Track tasks, timelines, deliverables and dependencies
- Coordinate with internal teams and external collaborators
- Maintain project trackers, documents and operational records
- Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining action points
- Prepare meeting notes, briefs and execution documents
- Help establish simple systems and processes for recurring work
- Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements
- Support coordination across Empathy's different initiatives
- Assist with research, vendor/collaborator coordination and logistics when required
- Help the founding team translate ideas into actionable plans
- Monitor project progress and flag delays or bottlenecks




- Contribute to creating a more organised and efficient working environment

You may find yourself coordinating between a developer, designer, storyteller, social media team, publishing collaborator or other creative contributors. Therefore, the ability to understand different people, communicate clearly and bring everyone onto the same page is extremely important.

COMMERCIAL STRUCTURE (PLEASE READ)

This is a revenue-share collaboration opportunity and not a conventional salaried internship.

The selected intern will work with Empathy on an agreed scope of operational responsibilities and will be eligible for a mutually agreed revenue-share structure connected to the relevant projects/business they contribute to.

There is no guaranteed fixed stipend or monthly salary at the outset .

We'll be discussing the exact structure including responsibilities, expected commitment, revenue-share mechanism, payment timelines, and other terms transparently and agree on them before the collaboration begins .

We believe candidates should clearly understand the commercial structure before investing their time and effort.
