What will you drive?

- Drive operational efficiency across end-to-end processes, with a sharp focus on improving SLAs, turnaround times, quality, and customer experience.

- Use data to identify bottlenecks, root causes, capacity gaps, and performance trends; turn insights into clear actions that improve productivity and outcomes.

- Own operational dashboards, MIS, and KPI governance to provide leadership with timely visibility on performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.

- Build scalable SOPs, process controls, and operational playbooks that reduce manual effort, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve consistency across teams.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and data-backed solutions.

- Manage customer-facing operational workflows,



ensuring documentation and process requirements are completed accurately and smoothly.

Who are we looking for?

- 2-4 years of experience in operations, business strategy, business analytics, or process improvement roles.

- Strong data analytics capability is essential, with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience working with large datasets, dashboards, and operational MIS.

- Ability to analyse data, identify actionable insights, and independently drive measurable operational improvements.

- Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is valuable to have.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
