Role Description The Operations Management Trainee role at Saruh is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. In this role, the trainee will support day-to-day operational activities, including monitoring restaurant performance metrics, assisting in process improvement initiatives, and helping implement standard operating procedures.

The trainee will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects, coordinate with clients or internal stakeholders on operational requirements, and help prepare reports and dashboards based on operational data.

Responsibilities also include documenting workflows, supporting troubleshooting of operational issues,



and contributing ideas to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive insights.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills, with an interest in process optimization, workflow management, and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service awareness, with a focus on understanding restaurant operator needs and supporting high-quality service delivery.
