Responsible for overseeing the overall day-to-day operations, coordinating between F&B;, kitchen, housekeeping, front office, maintenance and security, supervising staff performance, attendance, grooming and discipline, allocating duties, maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction, handling guest complaints and operational issues, monitoring cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards, supervising food quality and wastage control, managing inventory, purchases and supplier coordination, reviewing daily sales and expenses, controlling operational costs, implementing and maintaining SOPs, conducting regular inspections, coordinating maintenance, monitoring security and staff conduct, training and developing employees, conducting staff meetings and performance reviews, identifying operational issues and implementing corrective measures, preparing regular operational reports for management, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies, and taking overall responsibility for the smooth and productive functioning of all departments.

Pay: ₹21,458.80 - ₹40,000.00 per month
