We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Intern to support the day-to-day coordination of our orders and inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients over WhatsApp regarding orders, requirements, and updates.
- Coordinate internally for order processing, alterations, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Maintain and regularly update stock/inventory records.
- Take basic product photographs using a regular smartphone for inventory and record-keeping. No professional photography skills are required.
- Keep track of orders, stock movement, dispatches, and pending requirements.
- Assist with general day-to-day operational tasks and ensure things are organised and updated.
What We’re Looking For
- Positive communication skills,
especially over WhatsApp.
- Organised, responsible, and attentive to detail.
- Comfortable using a smartphone and basic apps such as WhatsApp and spreadsheets.
- Ability to multitask and follow up on pending orders/tasks.
- Prior experience is not necessary; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Someone who is proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced fashion business environment.
This is an internship role with hands-on exposure to client coordination, inventory management, order processing, and fashion-business operations.Operations Intern Pay: ₹6,000.00 per month
