The Operations Head is responsible for planning, directing, and managing the organization's day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, quality, and profitability. The role focuses on developing operational strategies, optimizing processes, managing teams, controlling budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. � Indeed +1 Key Responsibilities Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives. Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure smooth business functioning.

Monitor and improve operational performance through process optimization. Prepare and manage operational budgets and resource allocation. Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Lead, mentor, and evaluate department managers and operational teams.

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, health, safety, and quality standards.



Coordinate with finance, HR, sales, procurement, and other departments. Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery. Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to senior management. � Indeed +1 Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.

MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
