Responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the property, ensuring smooth departmental coordination, excellent guest experience, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hotel/hospitality operations.
- Coordinate with Front Office, F&B;, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Engineering, HR, and Finance.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, hygiene, safety, and quality.
- Monitor revenue, operational costs, manpower, and departmental performance.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Lead, train, and motivate department heads and operational teams.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and statutory requirements.
- Support budgeting, cost control, business planning, and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular operational reviews and implement improvements.
