About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with different teams, handle website and online portal activities, support sales, manage customer data, and assist in developing new themes and packages.

This role is suitable for a fresher or candidate with up to 2 years of experience who is organized, proactive, creative, good with communication and comfortable using digital tools.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Team Coordination
- Manage and oversee daily operations for smooth functioning of the business.
- Coordinate with sales, decoration, production, delivery and other teams.
- Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Track pending orders, upcoming bookings and operational requirements.
- Identify operational issues and communicate them to management.
- Help develop and implement processes to improve efficiency.

Website & Online Portal Management
- Manage daily orders received through the company website and online portals.
- Verify order details, customer information, payments and delivery requirements.
- Add and update products, themes and packages on the website.
- Maintain accurate product descriptions, images, pricing and inclusions.
- Research new decoration themes, products and package ideas based on customer demand and market trends.
- Regularly review existing products and suggest improvements.
- Identify opportunities to improve the online product range and customer experience.

Sales & Customer Coordination
- Handle incoming sales calls and customer enquiries.




- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the relevant team.
- Assist with quotations and follow-ups.
- Follow up with leads and pending enquiries.
- Maintain proper communication with customers throughout the booking process.

Customer Data Management
- Maintain and update customer information and order records.
- Maintain enquiry and follow-up records.
- Keep customer data organized for future follow-ups and marketing.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of customer information.

Creative & Package Development
- Create moodboards and basic event concepts using Canva and other creative tools.
- Prepare visual references for new themes and packages.
- Assist in developing concepts for birthdays, corporate events, store launches and other celebrations.
- Convert creative ideas into practical and sellable packages in coordination with the operations team.

Analysis & Business Improvement
- Analyze website and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor customer enquiries, product performance and sales trends.
- Suggest new themes, products and packages based on customer demand.
- Assist management in improving processes, sales and customer experience.

Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva .
- Comfortable using computers, websites and online tools.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets .
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Creative thinking and interest in event décor and trends.
- Willingness to learn recent tools and processes.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks.
