Job Summary:

We are looking for an Operations Executive – Outward to manage the smooth and accurate dispatch of products from the warehouse, ensuring timely order processing, documentation, inventory updates, and coordination with logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily outward and dispatch operations from the warehouse.
- Coordinate order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Verify orders against sales orders, invoices, and dispatch documents.
- Ensure accurate inventory deduction and system updates after dispatch.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipment pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and resolve dispatch-related issues.
- Identify and report shortages, damages, or order discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate outward, dispatch, and shipment records.




- Prepare daily/weekly outward MIS and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse and dispatch SOPs.

Required Skills :

- Knowledge of Outward Operations, Dispatch & Inventory Management.
- Understanding of picking, packing, and shipment processes.
- Good vendor/logistics coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualification :Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Commerce, BBA, or a related field. Preferred :Experience in FMCG, E-commerce, Retail, Manufacturing, or D2C will be preferred.
