Key Responsibilities

- Handle ticket support and basic user help requests

- Review and process violation reports as per established guidelines

- Assist with moderation and monitor user activity when required

- Assist the Operations team with day-to-day operational activities

- Support in-app events, event crew activities, and PR room activities

- Maintain forms, Google Sheets, trackers, and operational records

- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion

- Identify and escalate user, support, or operational issues

- Coordinate with Support and Operations teams on assigned activities

- Assist with other operational tasks and initiatives as required

Who Should Apply

- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in customer support, operations, BPO, moderation, or similar roles

- Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply

- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills





- Comfortable handling support as well as operational responsibilities

- Willing to perform moderation and other operational activities when required

- Comfortable working with forms, spreadsheets, and online tools

- Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities

- Proactive, dependable, and willing to learn

- Interested in building a long-term career in operations

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
