About the Role The Operations Associate role is designed for motivated graduates who are eager to build a career in business operations withinthe quick-growing ed-tech space. You will go through a comprehensive training programme and subsequently be deployed across key operational functions within the Delivery team. The role is highly collaborative and offers you front-row exposure to how Edureka runs learning experiences for thousands of learners every month.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day delivery operations including batch scheduling, learner communication, and attendance tracking.
- Coordinate with instructors, content teams, and learner success teams to ensure smooth programme execution.
- Handle learner queries and route escalations to the appropriate internal teams within defined SLAs.
- Maintain and update operational trackers, MIS sheets, and batch records on a daily basis.
- Assist in preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports.
- Ensure quality checks on session delivery materials, recordings, and learner feedback.




- Support onboarding of new learners and assist them through the initial phase of their learning journey.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and SOP creation as directed by team leads.
- Participate in live and recorded classes to observe teaching and learning patterns, track session compliance, and flag quality issues for resolution.

Qualifications & Skills

- Any graduate degree
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel/ Google Sheetsand MS Office.
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable with a proactive work ethic.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow processes, and work as part of a team.

- Willingness to work in a structured, target-driven environment.
- Prior internship experience in operations, customer service, or admin is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Well-versed in leveraging AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini)to enhance personal productivity, streamline operational tasks, and support data management activities.
