Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day IPO and NCD operational activities.
- Process and verify IPO/NCD applications, forms and supporting documents.
- Perform data entry and maintain MIS reports for stock exchange.
- Coordinate with arrangers, RTA, banks, depositories and other relevant intermediaries.
- Conduct regular reconciliation of applications, payments, allotments and refunds.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve operational issues within defined timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and transaction records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and MIS.
- Support the sales/relationship team with IPO and NCD-related operational requirements.




- Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and within applicable timelines.
- Follow internal processes, regulatory requirements and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of IPO, NCD and capital market operations.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Valuable understanding of demat accounts, ASBA/UPI and IPO application processes.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of SEBI, stock exchange and RTA processes will be an advantage.

Qualification
- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, MBA, Finance, or any relevant field.
- Candidates with experience in broking, wealth management, financial products or investment operations will be preferred.
