The Operation Incharge is responsible for running day-to-day retail operations to ensure stock is available, orders are dispatched on time, and deliveries happen as committed. The role ensures smooth warehouse and dispatch functioning with proper process compliance, quality checks, and packing standards. It controls basic commercial and financial discipline by monitoring rates, schemes, discounts, margins, billing, and collection tracking with accurate receipt entries.
The role coordinates with vendors and internal teams to maintain replenishment flow, resolve operational issues, and close pending work. It also reviews daily MIS and customer complaints to keep operations reliable and improve overall performance.
