Our team is expanding rapidly in Haryana, and we need a reliable Operations Executive to keep our day-to-day logistics, supply flows, and facility workflows moving without a hitch.

You'll be right in the middle of our daily operations by managing vendors, coordinating with field teams, tracking orders, and fixing process roadblocks before they impact our delivery timelines.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Track daily operational workflows from order placement to final delivery, ensuring every step meets service deadlines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for local suppliers, logistics partners, and vendor personnel across Haryana.
- Monitor inventory movement, log stock adjustments, and reconcile discrepancies in our internal tracking system.
- Spot operational bottlenecks like transport delays or stockouts and resolve them quickly with ground staff.
- Draft weekly operational summaries highlighting key performance metrics, cost breakdowns, and delivery success rates.

Required Skills & Qualification

- Comfortable using MS Excel (vlookups, basic formulas)



and ERP software for data tracking and inventory management.
- Explicit, direct communication skills in English and Hindi to coordinate effectively across departments and local teams.
- Strong practical judgment when a delivery fails or a vendor falls short, you step up and solve the problem immediately.

Compensation & Perks

- Monthly pay of ₹30,000 - ₹40,000.
