Operations Associate

Location: Bondel Road, Ballygunge, Kolkata

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Operations Associate to support daily operations, client transactions, documentation, and reporting within our financial services business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process mutual fund and other financial transactions.
- Handle client onboarding, KYC and documentation.
- Maintain operational data and records.
- Support compliance and reporting requirements.
- Handle client and internal queries.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in operations, preferably financial services.
- Basic understanding of financial markets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive communication skills.
