Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Operations & Academic Coordinator for Gems & Jewelry EdTech institute. You will manage the end-to-end student lifecycle, support placement tracking, drive student satisfaction, and handle basic office administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Student Operations: Deliver welcome kits, upload daily class recordings, and manage student projects, quarterly study tours, and graduation certification.

- Placement & Alumni Support: Share job openings, track placements on Zoho, and help organize the annual Alumni Meet (July/Aug).

- Student Support: Resolve Zoho Desk tickets within 1 day, collect student feedback, and drive Google ratings.

- Office Administration: Manage petty cash, update asset trackers, handle vendor AMCs, and ensure classroom readiness.

- Workplace Culture: Plan monthly employee birthdays, team activities,



and the annual festival celebration calendar.

Requirements

- Education: Graduate in any stream.

- Communication: Fluent verbal and written English.

- Tech Skills: Comfortable with Google Workspace and Zoho tools.

- Traits: Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
