The SCM Head will define and drive the end-to-end supply chain strategy across procurement, sourcing, contracts, logistics, inventory, vendor development and project material planning. The role requires close collaboration with project, engineering, finance and leadership teams to ensure timely availability of materials while optimizing cost, quality and risk.

Key Responsibilities • Develop enterprise-wide procurement and sourcing strategy.

- Lead strategic sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier partnerships.

- Drive project procurement for EPC and infrastructure projects.

- Oversee logistics, expediting, inventory and warehouse governance.

- Build robust vendor evaluation and development programs.

- Deliver cost optimization and value engineering initiatives.

- Strengthen ERP-driven procurement governance and reporting.

- Mentor and scale the SCM team while building future leadership.
