We are hiring for IT Engineer

Work Location: Bangalore

Work mode: 5 days of WFO

Experience Range:3-4 years

Mandatory: We are looking for candidates with a blended skill set comprising 60-70% Red Hat/Linux and Wintel expertise, and 30-40% networking experience.

JD

Any degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.

CCNA level routing and switching skills.

Experience in Networking and Server level troubleshooting.

- Pertinent experience in Windows Server 2012/2016 (MCSA Certification would be an advantage)
- Server hardening and Virus Scanning.
- Experience Log management tool like Solar winds network, server and log monitoring
- Backup & Recovery using Veeam or similar.
- Generating Certificate Signing Requests (CSR), managing keys and installing SSL certificates.
- Protocols such as DNS, DHCP, ICMP, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP, FTP,



LDAP, SSH, SIP.
- LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi networking break fix.
- ITIL Certification would be an added advantage.
- Windows operating system installation and configuration, support, and maintenance including user account and machine account maintenance on Windows servers • Hardware installation, maintenance, and repair including desktop PCs, laptops, and peripherals • Network Connectivity Support (Basic Connectivity Support for all End-User Devices - Wired and Wireless)
