Key Responsibilities

- Handling and assisting with Direct Tax compliance and tax return preparation.
- Supporting TDS/TCS compliance, tax computations, and reconciliations.
- Assisting in Income Tax assessments, notices, and departmental proceedings.
- Conducting research on the Income Tax Act, Rules, and judicial precedents.
- Supporting Direct Tax advisory assignments and preparation of client deliverables.
- Coordinating with clients/internal teams for required information and documentation.

Candidate Profile

- CA Inter qualified with a strong interest in Direct Taxation.
- 13 years of relevant experience; candidates from CA firms/tax practices preferred.
- Good knowledge of Income Tax and TDS provisions.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
