Hiring: Certified OP Coding Associate

Location: Perungalathur, Chennai – Office-based

Experience: 1–2+ years

Coding Experience: US or UAE Healthcare Coding

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a Certified OP Coding Associate to join our healthcare RCM team in Perungalathur, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform accurate Outpatient (OP) medical coding based on clinical documentation.
- Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes as applicable.
- Review medical records and ensure coding accuracy and completeness.
- Follow established coding guidelines, client requirements, and quality standards.
- Identify documentation gaps and coding discrepancies.
- Meet defined productivity and quality targets.
- Stay updated on coding guidelines and regulatory changes.

Requirements





- 1–2+ years of hands-on US or UAE medical coding experience.
- Valid medical coding certification such as CPC, CCS, or equivalent.
- Candidates should be flexible for rotational shifts. (Morning, Evening & Night)
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding.
- Experience in Outpatient (OP) coding is mandatory.
- Good understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation.
- Solid attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to work from the Perungalathur, Chennai office.

Duty Day and Timings: 5 days duty with 2 days off. Daily duty will be 9 hours.
