- 56 years of hands-on ServiceNow development; mandatory Contract Management experience.
- Strong JavaScript and Glide API skills across Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions/Policies, ACLs, Scripted REST APIs, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications.
- Robust experience with Flow Designer/Workflow and REST/SOAP integrations (IntegrationHub preferred).
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, application scopes, dictionary configuration, Import Sets/Transform Maps, security/ACLs, and Update Set-based deployment.
- Debugging and performance optimization experience.
