We are looking for a responsible and patient-friendly OP Assistant to support the smooth functioning of the Outpatient Department. The candidate will assist patients, coordinate appointments, maintain records, and support doctors and other hospital staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients in the Outpatient Department.
- Coordinate patient appointments and consultations.
- Maintain patient records and documents.
- Guide patients to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff.
- Handle basic administrative duties.
Requirements
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Qualification : General Duty Assistant/Experience in hospital.
