Role Overview
We are looking for a highly execution-focused Onboarding Operations Associate to drive seamless and timely onboarding of students into group classes. The core focus of this role is to ensure optimal group efficiency by managing allocations, minimising delays, and solving operational bottlenecks in real-time. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of operations, data, and student success.
Key Responsibilities
Student Onboarding & Allocation
● Ensure timely onboarding of students into relevant group classes with minimal TAT
● Manage student-to-batch allocation to maintain optimal group size and utilisation.
Group Efficiency Ownership — Core KPI
● Monitor and improve batch efficiency: fill rates, scheduling alignment, and drop-offs
● Continuously optimise group structures for better utilisation and learning outcomes
Operational Execution
● Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Scheduling, Academy) for a smooth onboarding flow
● Track onboarding pipelines and ensure zero delays or leakages
Problem Solving & Escalation Handling
● Identify gaps in onboarding or batch formation and resolve them proactively
● Maintain and analyse data on Google Sheets for onboarding, batch efficiency, and utilisation
● Build trackers and dashboards to drive visibility and support decision-making
