1. 6 working days
2. Sunday off or if worked another day compensated by driver
3. in case of Employer going out of town and giving time off - Sunday or holiday has to be compensated
4. No other holidays expect 1 day Diwali - 1
5. if employer leaves driver early total hours calculated and shared for info - will not be adjusted with OT
6. Post 10 hours OT will be given @100 per hour
7. post 10 pm dinner will be given 200/
8. in case driver comes before 8 am breakfast will be given or 100 Rs allowance
9. post 11 pm taxi fare of 100/
10. if travelling out of town lunch will be given or lunch allowance of 150
11. no seperate out station allowance
12. employer travels so other than that no further leave
13. if there are 2 drivers one will work on Sat / one on Sun

Driver will ensure he is well groomed , shaved , wearing correct footwear and smelling fresh
15. He will always be respectful , polite and keep the car absolutely clean
16. He will drive safely and ensure not to break any traffic rules - Any fines will be adjusted from his salary -
17. He will open the door for the employer , help carry any bags , from the car to & from the house - office He will e help in the office.
18. He will ensure not to park in No parking zones
