We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and dispatch activities at our factory.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in dispatch-related activities, including preparation and checking of dispatch documents.
- Maintain records, files, invoices, challans, and other office documents.
- Perform general clerical and administrative work.
- Coordinate with factory, stores, dispatch, and office staff as required.
- Enter and maintain data accurately on the computer.
- Prepare basic reports and statements using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Handle printing, scanning, filing, emails, and other routine office tasks.
- Provide assistance in other office-related duties whenever required.

Candidate Requirements




- Basic to good knowledge of computers.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Able to handle data entry and office documentation accurately.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Previous experience in a factory office, dispatch, or clerical role will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
