Role Description The Odoo Functional Expert will work on-site in Ahmedabad in a full time capacity, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to design, configure, and optimize Odoo ERP modules in line with business requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business processes, mapping them to Odoo functionalities, and preparing functional specifications for technical teams.

The role involves conducting functional testing, validating integrations with other systems, and ensuring smooth deployment and user adoption.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to understand, model, and improve business processes.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and delivering user training.
- Experience working with business processes across areas such as finance, sales, inventory, CRM, or HR, with the ability to translate needs into Odoo configurations.
- Proficiency in functional testing to validate Odoo modules, workflows, and customizations against business requirements.
- Knowledge of integration concepts to support connections between Odoo and third-party applications or external systems.
- Hands-on experience as an Odoo functional consultant or similar ERP role.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field; Odoo or ERP certifications are a plus.
