Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Nursing Tutor to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching nursing students, conducting practical and clinical sessions, and providing academic guidance and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct lectures and practical classes for nursing students.
- Supervise nursing laboratory and clinical training.
- Guide students in nursing procedures and clinical practices.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, presentations, and study materials.
- Monitor student attendance and academic performance.
- Evaluate students through tests, assignments, practicals, and examinations.
- Provide academic and clinical guidance to students.
- Maintain student and academic records.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, health camps, and departmental activities.
- Maintain discipline and professional standards among students.
- Coordinate with the HOD and faculty members for smooth academic functioning.

Eligibility & Experience For B.Sc. Nursing Candidates:

- B.Sc.



Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Relevant teaching or clinical experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience as a Nursing Tutor or Clinical Instructor will be preferred.

For M.Sc. Nursing Candidates:

- M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience required.
- Freshers with M.Sc. Nursing may also be considered.

Additional Requirements
- Valid Nursing Council Registration is mandatory.
- Teaching experience will be preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of nursing procedures and clinical practices.
- Strong teaching and communication skills.
- Good practical and clinical training abilities.
- Ability to mentor and guide students effectively.
- Good classroom management and teamwork skills.
- Professional and disciplined approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
