Key responsibilities

- Patient assessment and care: Conduct initial patient assessments and develop/implement care plans.

- Medication and treatment administration: Administer prescribed medications, injections, and treatments, monitoring for side effects.

- Monitoring and recording: Monitor patient progress, observe and record symptoms, and maintain accurate, detailed health records.

- Patient and family education: Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and recovery processes.

- Collaboration: Work with physicians, other nurses, and the broader healthcare team to coordinate patient care.

- Technical and procedural duties: Perform technical procedures, assist with surgeries, and operate medical equipment.

- Health promotion: Promote health and prevent disease through various interventions and patient education.

- Ward management: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
