- Receive and assess emergency medical calls/alerts and collect essential incident and patient information.

- Conduct preliminary triage and identify life-threatening and priority cases requiring immediate intervention.

- Coordinate deployment of the nearest appropriate ambulance and monitor its response through the Command Centre/GPS system.

- Maintain continuous communication with ambulance teams and field responders until patient handover.

- Provide appropriate basic emergency medical guidance within the scope of EMT training and approved protocols.

- Recognise and appropriately escalate major trauma, cardiac, respiratory, neurological and other time-critical emergencies.

- Coordinate with designated hospitals for patient referral and emergency admission, wherever required.





- Coordinate with NHAI personnel, police, highway patrol, toll plaza teams and other stakeholders during major incidents.

- Maintain accurate incident, ambulance deployment, response-time, hospital referral and case-closure records.

- Prepare shift-wise reports/MIS and ensure proper handover of pending or critical cases.

- Immediately escalate mass-casualty incidents, critical cases, delayed response, hospital/ambulance constraints and other significant events.

- Follow NHAI/HLL SOPs, emergency protocols, confidentiality requirements and quality standards.
