Role Description The Nursing Officer at Shree Cement Ltd. will provide comprehensive occupational health and clinical care to employees at the Suratgarh site in an on-site, full-time capacity.

Responsibilities include conducting routine health assessments, monitoring and managing chronic conditions, and providing first aid and emergency medical support for workplace incidents. The role involves maintaining medical records,



ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting health awareness programs such as vaccinations, wellness campaigns, and preventive screenings.

The Nursing

Officer will collaborate with the safety, HR, and operations teams to promote a secure work environment and coordinate referrals to external medical facilities when needed.

Qualifications

- Clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, basic diagnostics, wound care, and medication administration.
- Experience in occupational health, workplace first aid, and emergency response in industrial or similar settings.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, infection control practices, and documentation standards.
- Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and employees.
- Ability to manage medical records, prepare health reports, and use basic computer applications for documentation.
- Recognized nursing qualification (GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent) with valid registration from the appropriate nursing council.
- Relevant experience in hospital, clinic, or industrial health center; experience in heavy industry or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Ability to work in shifts if required, adapt to on-site industrial conditions, and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.
