Job Role

- Nurse

- Provide quality nursing care to patients.

- Monitor patients' health conditions and maintain accurate medical records.

- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.

- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.

- Maintain patient hygiene and follow infection-control protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care

- Provide comprehensive nursing care according to patients' needs.

- Monitor vital signs and changes in patients' health conditions.

- Maintain accurate and updated patient records.

- Assist patients with daily care and hygiene requirements.

Medication & Treatment

- Administer medicines and treatments as prescribed by doctors.

- Follow proper medication administration and safety procedures.

- Monitor patients for responses to treatments and report concerns to doctors.

Medical Assistance

- Assist doctors during patient examinations.

- Support doctors during medical procedures.





- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.

Infection Control & Hygiene

- Maintain proper patient and ward hygiene.

- Follow infection-control and safety protocols.

- Ensure nursing procedures are performed according to hospital standards.

Patient & Family Education

- Explain treatment and care instructions to patients and their families.

- Provide guidance regarding medication, recovery, and general patient care.

- Address patient concerns professionally and empathetically.

Candidate Requirements

Educational Qualification

- GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery), or

- B.Sc. Nursing.

Mandatory Requirement

- Valid Nursing Registration is mandatory.

Required Skills

- Positive communication skills.

- Strong patient-care skills.

- Ability to work effectively with doctors and healthcare professionals.

- Responsible and compassionate approach toward patient care.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
