We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Engineer with strong experience in Recent Product Development (NPD), VAVE/Cost Reduction, Industrial Controls, Motors, and Embedded Hardware.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Lead electrical design, redesign & VAVE projects from concept to production.
- Work on 1/3-phase AC motors, compressors, starters, contactors, VFDs, protection & control panels.
- Design/debug embedded hardware, PCB circuits, power supplies, sensors, I/O & communication interfaces.
- Perform BOM analysis, teardown, component optimization & cost reduction.
- Support prototyping, board bring-up, testing, validation & production release.




- Apply DFMEA, EMC/ESD, electrical safety & reliability practices.
- Collaborate with Mechanical, Firmware, Validation, Manufacturing & global teams.

? Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical, Electronics, E&TC;, Mechatronics or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant product engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience in both NPD + implemented VAVE/Cost Reduction is mandatory.
- Experience with 230/240 VAC and 3-phase systems; 415/460/480 VAC, VFDs and industrial equipment is a plus.
