- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions within the NBFC/BFSI domain.

- Source and recruit candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other sourcing channels.

- Work on roles across Sales, Credit, Collections, Operations, Customer Service, Branch Banking, Relationship Management, and other NBFC functions.

- Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Manage candidate follow-ups, interview feedback, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely status updates.

- Build strong relationships with candidates and internal/external stakeholders.

- Ensure closures within defined TAT and recruitment targets.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 15 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.

- Prior experience hiring for NBFC, BFSI, Banking, Financial Services, or Lending clients is preferred.

- Experience working on bulk and lateral hiring mandates.

- Good understanding of NBFC roles such as Sales Officer, Relationship Manager, Credit Analyst, Collection Executive, Branch Manager, Loan Officer, etc.

- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced and target-driven recruitment environment.

- Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

- Experience working in a staffing or recruitment consultancy will be an added advantage.
