? Position: Non-IT Recruiter – US Staffing
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree is required
✅ Candidates who completed their Bachelor’s after 2021
✅ 2–5 years of experience in core Non-IT US Staffing
✅ Strong experience in candidate sourcing and screening
✅ Ability to thoroughly screen candidates and take them through the process up to submission
⭐ Experience working on Legal and Healthcare positions is highly preferred
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced US Staffing environment

7:30 PM IST – 4:30 AM IST
