About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strapi Developer to join our energetic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, customizing, and maintaining headless CMS solutions utilizing Strapi, Node.js, and modern API-driven architectures. Your expertise will enable the creation of scalable backend services, content models, APIs, and integrations that support both web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of backend development, content management systems, and cloud-based deployment practices. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background with proven experience in backend development and CMS solutions.



Candidates should have hands-on experience with Strapi v4 or v5, Node.js, and JavaScript or TypeScript. A good understanding of REST API and GraphQL development is essential.

Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, along with familiarity with MongoDB as an optional skill, is preferred. Knowledge of DevOps practices, including Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, is highly desirable. Additionally, familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, and React Native will be advantageous.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement headless CMS solutions using Strapi, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Create and maintain content models, workflows, and migration strategies to facilitate seamless content management.
- Develop custom APIs and integrations to connect the CMS with other systems, platforms, and third-party services.
- Optimize CMS performance through best practices in caching, indexing, and server configuration.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes, ensuring rapid and reliable releases.




- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend services with user interfaces built with React.js, Next.js, or React Native.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for production environments.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing to promote best practices across teams.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve project outcomes.
