Non-IT Recruiter

- Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment activities.

- Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

- Understand client hiring requirements and provide suitable candidate profiles within timelines.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until successful closure.

- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.

- Coordinate effectively with candidates and clients at every stage of recruitment.

- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely position closures.

- Manage multiple recruitment requirements in a fast-paced work environment.
