Job Responsibilities

- Provide specialized nursing care to newborns and critically ill neonates in the NICU.

- Monitor vital signs, oxygen levels, feeding, and overall condition of neonates.

- Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by the neonatologist.

- Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies.

- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

- Operate and monitor NICU equipment such as incubators, ventilators, CPAP, and infusion pumps.

- Follow infection-control, safety, and neonatal care protocols.

- Support parents and provide appropriate guidance regarding newborn care.

- Ensure proper handover and effective communication with the healthcare team.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.

- 1–5 years of relevant NICU experience.

- Valid nursing registration with the respective State Nursing Council.

- Relevant experience in NICU / Neonatal Care is preferred.

- Positive communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights.

Pay: ₹30,086.00 - ₹50,056.07 per month
