Role Description The Network Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for maintaining and optimizing the organization’s network infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring network performance, performing routine administration, and ensuring high availability and reliability of network services for internal teams and clients. The role involves diagnosing and resolving network issues, coordinating with vendors or other technical teams when needed, and implementing changes or upgrades in line with best practices.

The Network

Specialist will contribute to network security measures, assist in network design and documentation, and support project teams in deploying new solutions or expanding existing environments. Collaboration, explicit communication, and adherence to organizational policies and security standards are essential aspects of this position.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Networking and Network Administration for managing and supporting enterprise network environments.




- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Network Design skills to diagnose issues and plan scalable, resilient network architectures.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Network Security to implement and maintain secure configurations, access controls, and risk mitigation measures.
- Relevant experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN technologies, along with familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in enterprise or consulting environments and exposure to cloud networking (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
