- Conduct regular site visits and ensure all sites are operational.

- Supervise Radio Frequency (RF) optimization activities.

- Monitor the quality of work performed by PBOT vendors, contractors, and SOLPAR.

- Conduct acceptance testing processes for network installations and upgrades.

- Assist Senior Field Engineers with audits whenever required.

- Manage deployment-related activities carried out by vendors and contractors.

- Configure L2 switches to connect access points and improve network performance.

- Troubleshoot router-related faults and replace faulty hardware.

- Monitor site utilization and coordinate link capacity and microwave upgrades for sites with more than 70% utilization.

- Execute field activities based on work orders issued by the Network Operations Centre.

- Improve network performance and support customer complaint resolution.

- Meet customers, conduct network surveys, and provide feedback regarding network coverage and capacity improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Track, verify,

- Visit assigned network sites regularly and ensure proper functioning.

- Monitor and supervise RF optimization activities.

- Ensure vendors and contractors follow required quality standards.

- Conduct acceptance tests and verify completed network work.

- Support Senior Field Engineers during periodic audits.

- Coordinate and monitor network deployment activities.

- Configure L2 switches for access point connectivity.

- Troubleshoot router faults and replace defective hardware.

- Identify sites requiring link capacity or microwave upgrades based on utilization.

- Execute network improvement activities according to authorized work orders.

- Resolve field-level network issues and support customer complaints.

- Conduct customer visits and network coverage surveys.

- Collect customer feedback and report network coverage and capacity requirements.

- Coordinate with Network Operations Centre and relevant teams for timely issue resolution.
