We are looking for a highly skilled L3 Aruba Switching and Wireless Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Aruba network infrastructure. The role involves advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and performance tuning to ensure a secure and efficient network workplace.

- Expertise in ArubaOS, AirWave, ClearPass, and Aruba Central.
- Strong knowledge of advanced network protocols, VLANs, and security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Configure, Troubleshoot and manage Aruba switches and wireless solutions.




- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex network issues.
- Optimize network performance using Aruba Central, ClearPass.
- Implement security policies and best practices for network infrastructure.
- Lead network upgrade projects and integration initiatives.
- Develop and maintain network documentation and best practice guidelines.
- Act as an L3 escalation point for critical wireless network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex Wi-Fi performance, connectivity, and security issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot wired/wireless integration problems.
