- Install, configure, maintain, and support network infrastructure and equipment.

- Manage routers, firewalls, switches, load balancers, VPNs, and wireless networks.

- Monitor network performance, availability, and reliability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve network hardware and software issues.

- Maintain secure, reliable, and efficient network connectivity across multiple locations.

- Support network upgrades, system changes, and disaster recovery activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and configure routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and wireless network equipment.

- Monitor network performance and system availability.

- Identify and troubleshoot network hardware and software issues.

- Resolve connectivity, performance, and configuration-related problems.

- Perform regular system updates, security patches, and configuration changes.

- Maintain and update technical documentation for network processes, systems, and configurations.





- Implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.

- Manage and monitor LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity across multiple locations.

- Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for troubleshooting and problem resolution.

- Support network upgrades, infrastructure changes, and system improvements.

- Participate in disaster recovery planning and implementation.

- Ensure network systems remain reliable, secure, and operational.
