Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and security.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls and IDS/IPS.
- Perform network upgrades, maintenance, backups, and configuration changes.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and incident reports.
- Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and switching.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with network devices and security solutions.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
