Role Overview

We are seeking two experienced NetReveal Developers to implement the technical changes required for a large-scale Transaction Monitoring migration.

The developers will configure, develop, test and optimise NetReveal components supporting historical data ingestion, customer profiling, segmentation, scenario processing and customer migration.

We are currently seeking a NetReveal Developer to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and configure NetReveal components required for the migration.
- Implement customer, account and transaction data ingestion processes.
- Support the loading of historical transaction data at scale.
- Develop or amend profile generation and reprofiling processes.
- Load and manage the impact of externally generated customer segments into NetReveal.
- Support scenario configuration changes where required.
- Develop technical controls for record counting, reconciliation and exception handling.
- Analyse and resolve failed records, batch failures and data processing issues.
- Optimise SQL, jobs and batch processing to meet required processing windows.
- Support customer matching and merge implementation.
- Perform unit testing and support system integration testing.
- Investigate defects arising during migration, profiling and scenario testing.
- Produce technical documentation, deployment instructions and operational support materials.
- Support cutover and post-implementation validation.




- Work closely with Data Engineers to ensure incoming data meets NetReveal requirements.

Essential Experience
- Robust hands-on NetReveal development and configuration experience on NetReveal version 8 or later (version 9 preferred).
- Experience delivering Transaction Monitoring changes within a bank or regulated financial institution.
- Experience with the Transaction Monitoring SMBD Spark engine, including profiling, segmentation and scenario processing.
- Strong SQL and relational database experience.
- Experience handling large customer, account and transaction datasets.
- Experience developing, scheduling or supporting complex batch processes.
- Experience using and analysing Parquet files generated by the TM SMBD Spark engine for profile validation and migration.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Understanding of AML Transaction Monitoring data and business processes.
- Experience working through the full development lifecycle.

Desirable Experience
- NetReveal reprofiling experience.
- Historical transaction or back-book migration experience.
- Experience with UK retail banking products, cards and payments.
- Experience with customer portfolio migrations or banking integrations.
- Unix/Linux scripting or equivalent batch automation experience.
- Experience with Oracle databases.
- Experience with Control-M job scheduling and batch orchestration.
- Experience producing evidence for Financial Crime governance and model validation.
