Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced .NET Application Support & Development Specialist to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications within our Corporate IT workplace. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in .NET application support, incident management, troubleshooting, SQL Server, IIS, Windows Server, and application development using C# and ASP.NET technologies.

This role requires a mix of production support, technical troubleshooting, application enhancements, deployment support, and collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to ensure application stability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support & Incident Management

- Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical .NET applications.
- Investigate and resolve application incidents, service outages, access issues, and performance problems.
- Perform root cause analysis using logs, databases, and application diagnostics.
- Coordinate with Infrastructure, Database, IAM, and ServiceNow teams for issue resolution.
- Support production stability and business continuity initiatives.

Development & Enhancement
- Analyze business requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
- Implement bug fixes, functionality enhancements, validations, notifications, and workflow changes.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database components.
- Support web application development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Testing, Release & Deployment
- Support application testing, UAT, and production releases.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment plans, and test evidence.




- Participate in change management activities through ServiceNow.
- Ensure controlled deployment and rollback procedures are followed.

Environment & Operational Support
- Manage and troubleshoot IIS-hosted applications.
- Support Windows Server-based application environments.
- Monitor application and database performance.
- Coordinate with DevOps and Infrastructure teams for deployment and environment-related activities.
- Support application integrations and scheduled jobs.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business users, application owners, developers, and support teams.
- Communicate issue status, risks, and solution approaches effectively.
- Participate in continuous improvement and application modernization initiatives.
