Key Responsibilities:

- Perform Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) of components in accordance with approved procedures, drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.

- Set up, operate, and perform routine calibration and verification of FPI equipment to ensure accurate and reliable inspection results.

- Prepare components and conduct penetrant inspection processes as per applicable procedures and inspection standards.

- Interpret, evaluate, and document FPI inspection results to identify surface-breaking defects and discontinuities.

- Ensure proper handling, identification, and documentation of inspected components and inspection records.

- Follow applicable NDT procedures, quality requirements, safety protocols, and company standards.

- Ensure compliance with relevant ASTM standards, NADCAP requirements, and AS9100 quality management system requirements.

- Maintain accurate inspection reports and ensure traceability of inspection results.

- Identify and report non-conformities and support appropriate corrective actions when required.

- Coordinate with Quality,



Production, and Engineering teams to resolve inspection-related issues and ensure product conformity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods, particularly Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI).

- Good knowledge of FPI equipment setup, operation, calibration, and inspection techniques.

- Ability to interpret and evaluate NDT inspection indications and results.

- Valuable knowledge of ASTM and ISO standards applicable to NDT and inspection activities.

- Familiarity with NADCAP requirements and AS9100 standards, preferably in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

- Knowledge of NDT procedures, inspection documentation, and quality requirements.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify surface defects accurately.

- Good understanding of safety procedures and chemical handling requirements associated with FPI processes.
